Red Cross Level 4
Participants begin to refine the essential strokes: front crawl, back crawl, side stroke, breaststroke, elementary stroke, and begin to combine the components of the butterfly. Safety topics include: cold water emergencies, how to assist in emergencies, how to release a leg cramp, HELP/HUDDLE, and proper use of a lifejacket.
